1295338636792258562 - @stalfel tbh, I wouldn't be surprised if the root of any exclusion more often than not is based on some internalized general distrust of tech (spun up by activists/critics and hyperbolized/hysterized for 2 decades by mass media) rather than lack of money (any 100€ phone would do)
@stalfel We have solved the ‘privacy’ problem in Covid apps quite well. But they still raise questions of inclusions (who knows the necessary up-to-date smartphones?) and effectiveness (are these apps actually improving contact tracing or are the distractions of attention and resources?).
