StartupVergnuegen Startups On A Map

If you ever wanted to sit back, relax and have a slideshow of startups rolling by on a map (think flickrvision or twittervision for startups), then StartupVergnuegen will do just that.

StartupVergnuegen – which roughly translates to startup delight – is a pet project from BV Capital, an investment firm of German expatriates who moved to California after building AOL Germany into a successful business. Portfolio companies include Experteer, Azureus, shopping.com, del.icio.us, Rojo amongst many others.

The site launched today and about 20 startups have been added so far. Startups, VCs or other people who frequently deal with startups are invited to put themselves on the map.
