@vielmetti I find that too many things-to-do systems have a really weak view of the future. I really want to remember that I have a scheduled event in a week without being reminded of it every day between now and then, esp. if there’s nothing specific I can do about it until then.

@hackr in orthodox gtd that’s the tickler file (which is easier said than done)

@vielmetti yeah, I’ve tried that, but it didn’t work. It’s easy to overwhelm your future self.
